We are seeking a highly skilled Management Controller to join our staff. The successful candidate will report directly to the administrative and financial director and be responsible for implementing and monitoring internal control processes.
Key requirements include higher education in Economics, Management or similar areas, minimum 5 years of experience in financial control, knowledge of financial analysis, Cost and Management Accounting, and Primavera Software – ERP.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced computer knowledge, high analytical capacity, critical spirit, and autonomy, as well as good communication skills, interpersonal relationships, organizational skills, and proactivity.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation and monitoring of internal control processes;
- Calculation and analysis of effective costs;
- Preparation of monthly reporting maps;
- Preparation, analysis, and dissemination of KPI reports;
- Cost control and deviation analysis;
- Preparation and updating of budgets (direct and indirect costs);
- Preparation of financial models to support decision making.

Contract Duration and Remuneration:
- The contract is for an uncertain term and will begin in September 2024. The salary amount will be defined based on the candidate's academic background.
