At Forvia, we are a sustainable mobility technology leader pioneering technology for mobility experiences that matter to people. We're looking for an Industrial Trainee to join our team and contribute to the development of leading technologies.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for monitoring daily KPIs related to process engineering and maintenance, identifying potential causes of deviations, and suggesting solutions to improve results.
  • You will support the update of plans and work instructions for maintenance interventions in equipment and tools.
  • You will work closely with the coordinator to ensure the maintenance plan for the building is followed, and actions are taken to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
  • You will assist in implementing improvements to the building and the carbon neutrality plan.
Your Profile and Competencies
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a similar field.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills.
