Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Strategist to join our Organizational Change Management Advisory team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business change initiatives and a passion for technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Assess the impact of a business change and identify high-impact areas to build appropriate change strategies and plans.
- Articulate a compelling case for change and coach stakeholders on messaging, influence, and behavior modeling.
- Design and deliver change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in organizational change management, digital transformation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving business change initiatives and delivering results.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, VIVA, Copilot, etc.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex teams and environments.
- Good level of English required.
