**Job Title:** Bartender

**About Us:** Erasmus Generation Meeting is a dynamic team seeking a skilled Bartender to join our crew at Tantura Restaurant in Lisbon, Portugal.

**Job Summary:** We are looking for a Bartender to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday, with a schedule from 17:00 to 00:30/1:00. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have at least 1 year of experience in the service industry.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a high level of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
  • Mix and serve beverages to exacting standards.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business goals and objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Short cycle or equivalent (EQF 5) or Master (EQF 7) degree.
  • 1 year of experience in the service industry.
  • Fluency in English.
