Work International is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our client-facing team, you will be responsible for optimizing AdWords campaigns for our clients' projects.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual with fluency in English and Danish (C2 or native) to work on optimizing AdWords campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a Subject Matter Expert for campaign optimization, working alongside internal teams to respond to client leads and drive project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement optimization solutions, building campaigns for high-value advertising customers
- Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
- Gather and analyze data at the account level and campaign level
- Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies
- Use optimization techniques and work on optimization aligned to customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and YouTube
- Identify general opportunities in an account to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Danish (C2 or native)
- Digital marketing experience (Client service or account management)
- AdWords Search fundamentals certified (preferential)
- Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (AdWords, Advertising, etc.)
- Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Technologically savvy - the ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, policy, and quality standards

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 per year, plus a 2 full extra salaries per year bonus, language premium bonus, transportation allowance of €720 per year, meal allowance of €7.63 per day, and annual performance bonus of 5% of yearly base salary. A relocation package of €2000 will also be provided.
