We are seeking a talented Expenditure and Cost Manager to join our team in Coimbra. As an Expenditure and Cost Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on Targets allocation and Risk and Opportunities (R&Ops) per activity for Getafe and Illescas non recurring cost (NRC) Plants, ensuring consistency in reports by updating actuals from SAP systems.
You will also be involved in administrative Capital Expenditure (CapEx) finance activities in the Spanish plants, including certificate of operations, request of local booking code creation, divestment proposal, and good receipt support in internal Purchases workflow Airbus system (Click 'n buy), ensuring purchase orders are compliant with budget remaining.
Shared folder management, including maintenance and update of repository files, as well as assistance in circularity check in OD and QM Spanish plants between cost in origin and destination in budget forecasting processes (OP & FCs), is also a key responsibility.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and transnational team, becoming one of the business partners for the Constituent Assembly Spanish Plants (OD) organization and entering into the Performance Management and Controlling (MF) community.
