We are currently seeking a General Manager to lead our new hotel in Lisbon, Portugal. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of individuals who share your passion for hospitality and commitment to excellence.
About the Role
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including revenue generation, labour productivity, and cost control. You will work closely with the Head of Lifestyle Operations EAME, Ownership, and Senior Leadership team to ensure the successful launch of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and guide the senior team to achieve strategic commercial decisions and maintain productivity and profit at optimum levels.
- Work in partnership with the Head of Lifestyle Operations EAME and Senior Leadership team to oversee the critical path and pre-opening period of the hotel.
- Ensure the property is successfully launched and meets the company's high standards.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in hospitality management, preferably with experience in leading large-scale hotel operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
