We are looking for a skilled AI Model Consultant to join our team as a Freelance Taxonomy Specialist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced AI projects and contribute to the development of Generative AI models.
**Job Description**
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agriculture, with experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a structured classification system, developing competency-based assessments, and collaborating with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Create a taxonomy framework tailored to the organization's needs.
- Develop qualification tests to evaluate the knowledge, skills, and expertise of future applicants.
- Work closely with our methodologist to ensure alignment between taxonomy development and recruitment strategies.
**Requirements:**
- A Master's degree or PhD in Agriculture.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Agriculture or a related field.
- Advanced level English language skills (C1) or above.
- Experience in taxonomy and creating qualification tests.
