Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional Software Developer Lead to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative Java microservices. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field;
- Expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.);
- Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture;
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL);
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines;
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment;
- Fluency in English;
- CPLP nationality or EU work permit required;
- Based in Portugal – valued;
- Relevant certifications in Java or software development are a plus.
