About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Guest Service Agent to provide top-notch support to our guests. This involves being the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout their stay.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in customer relations, able to resolve problems efficiently, and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
Key responsibilities include:
Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, maintaining a professional and warm tone.
Reservations Management: Process bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests, guaranteeing accuracy and guest satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Address guest complaints and issues promptly, offering solutions aligned with company policies to enhance the guest experience.
Check-In & Check-Out: Coordinate smooth transitions, including key handovers and property orientations.
Knowledge Sharing: Offer guests valuable insights, recommendations, and support to enrich their stay.
Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of guest interactions, feedback, and requests in the company's CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to address guest needs and achieve operational excellence.
Brand Ambassador: Embark on the journey of upholding the brand's values by delivering unparalleled guest experiences.
To succeed in this position, you'll need:
A proven track record in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
Outstanding communication skills in English, with additional languages a significant asset.
Superb problem-solving skills, paired with a calm and optimistic demeanor.
The ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team.
Familiarity with CRM software and standard office applications.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, including weekends and holidays.
