Job Title: Data Engineer (FraudAI)
Work Regime: Remote PT
Salary: €80,000 - €100,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits and performance-related bonuses

Job Description: As a seasoned Data Engineer specializing in Fraud Detection and Prevention, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive fraud models, integrating data from various sources, and ensuring seamless API deployments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing machine learning-based fraud models to generate scores across the customer lifecycle
  • Identifying relevant data sources and fields for model development
  • Data preparation and quality management for individual fraud categories
  • Setup and development of APIs, including third-party integrations
  • Cloud technology deployment and CI/CD integration

Requirements: To excel in this position, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Senior-level experience (level 4-5) in data engineering and analytics
  • Proficiency in English (fluent)
  • Strong understanding of SQL/ETL data warehouse technologies and Hadoop/Spar-Scala
  • Experience with shell scripting and data analytics tools (e.g., SAS)
  • Familiarity with WAR and ASCHE (or similar) frameworks
  • Fraud data and risk modeling expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
