Your Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of day-to-day FP&A activities for assigned regions. This includes operational support for budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and reporting tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Expense Management: Assist with expense planning, management, and finance support for selected functions.
- Close Activities: Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, prepare journal entries, and perform variance analysis.
- Long-term Planning: Support long-term planning activities and provide financial input.
- Ad Hoc Finance Analysis: Conduct ad hoc finance analysis and support various projects as needed.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of problem-solving and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance-related field.
- 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&A.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
