About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Senior IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery and maintenance of business applications, including end-to-end responsibility for COF Global Document production application ExStream. You will work closely with teams from IT service operations to ensure that all applications meet agreed Service Levels, security, governance, or compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure end-to-end responsibility for COF Global Document production application ExStream in coordinating, managing and supporting system developments as required and according to agreed business requirements.
- Ensure proactive maintenance and support in conjunction with Support/Systems teams while aiming for the highest user experience and no unplanned down time of business applications.
- Drive Digitalization and System automation with the best cost-benefit ratio, and/or as per business requirements.
- Be responsible for communication, collaboration and relationship management to key internal and external stakeholders, in matters of application status, planning, and information sharing.
- Ensure support teams are properly trained, skilled, and educated in matters of relevance for supporting business and service continuation.

Requirements

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a comparable technical field of study.
- 5+ years' experience, preferably in a financial services company, in a technical and managerial role with business process, system architecture.
- Microsoft Operating System Support skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Analytical skills, information processing, strong critical thinking and decision making.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
