We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Quality Management Support professional to join our team at Airbus Portugal GBS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing daily business support to the Supply Chain Quality Managers within the Procurement team in the recently founded Airbus Aerostructures company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare, execute, and follow up on Supplier Control Reviews.
- Consolidate and analyze supplier performance data.
- Support the 'Control Suppliers' process, including procedural document changes and targeted communication.
- Handle supply chain and supplier disruption events, such as Quality Survey Reports and Safety Related Issues.
- Support project management activities, including Transfer of Work and Supply Chain RampUp.
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering and/or business school.
- Past experience in engineering, production, procurement, supply chain, or logistics, and project management.
- Knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as EASA Part 21, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, and German or willingness to learn German.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions.
- Team player with experience in remote working.
- Ability to handle multiple interfaces and activities in a constantly evolving environment.
- Occasional travel when needed.
