Job Description

  • Support the roll-out of development programs, performance, and talent reviews processes for different geographic areas of operations;
  • Evaluate employee performance using Success Factors and provide support to managers and local HR teams throughout the process;
  • Develop and implement goal-setting processes and annual performance cycles, as well as oversee mid-year and year-end performance reviews;
  • Monitor and analyze Talent Management KPIs and propose action plans;
  • Plan and execute annual talent reviews, ensuring the progression, mobility, motivation, and internal development of employees;
  • Implement and manage career paths to ensure the progression and motivation of employees;
  • Manage Individual Development Plans and assist local HR teams in providing support and execution;
  • Assess the Organizational Climate and propose action plans aligned with internal practices and policies.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Human Resources Management, Management, Social Sciences or similar;
  • 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international, fast-growing organization;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (B2 level);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP SuccessFactors (preferable);
  • Able to adapt to various cultures and situations and develop positive, cooperative relationships with stakeholders;
  • Continuous learner and results-oriented individual.
