We are seeking a talented and fluent Portuguese speaker to join our customer service team for Miele in Greece. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through email, chat, and phone to address product or service issues.
  • Advise customers on the proper use of their electric appliances.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently, clarifying their needs and determining the cause of the problem.
  • Expedite corrections and/or adjustments, following up to ensure resolution.
  • Assist with the processing of refunds or exchanges.
  • Arrange the placement of orders.
