Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage back-office tasks, including preparing quotes and contracts, order intake, and warehouse administration.
- E nsure accurate invoicing of delivered goods and services.
- Select products for customer demand, striving for optimal pricing and margins.
- Coordinate orders with suppliers and enter them into the system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business or IT.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Fluent English language skills; speaking and writing.
