**Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Release Management specialist to join our DevOps/Release Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, designing, and building of effective solutions to support a rapidly-growing business.

Your primary focus will be on leading team's initiatives to support infrastructure for highly scalable and reliable platform services and components that create the foundation of the core Platform architecture.

In this role, you will mentor DevOps/Release team, providing best practices and guidance on all projects to improve performance of platform components.

Additionally, you will implement standards and best practices for the DevOps/Release team to maintain a 99% uptime guarantee.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Drive the planning, designing, and building of effective solutions to support a rapidly-growing business.
  2. Lead team's initiatives to support infrastructure for highly scalable and reliable platform services and components that create the foundation of the core Platform architecture.
  3. Mentor DevOps/Release team, providing best practices and guidance on all projects to improve performance of platform components.
  4. Implement standards and best practices for the DevOps/Release team to maintain a 99% uptime guarantee.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need extensive experience leading system infrastructure implementations projects, optimizing and refactoring of automation scripts, managing cloud platform deployments, and releasing communication and updates to customers.
