Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, with a good command of English.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
