At Arc International Design Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing department. This is a key role for the company as we further scale and diversify the business to hit our ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies including creating an annual plan and budget for marketing requirements.
* Manage the firm's overall marketing efforts, including social media, to maintain brand strength and expand global reach.
* Monitor new marketing trends and industry news to keep our brand at the forefront of architectural innovation.
* Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials
* Manage the firm's brand identity across all platforms and ensure consistency in messaging.
* Oversee press release development and placement
* Lead content development for social media and the firm's website
* Analyse performance metrics of marketing activities and campaigns, providing insights to leadership
* Implement and manage Google Analytics and other relevant tools
* Manage a team of designers and communication specialists
Requirements
* Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or related field, MBA or Equivalent
* 8 to 10+ years' experience in marketing in a similar industry
* Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies for international brands
* Excellent project management and communication skills
* Proficiency in Adobe, Canvas, Microsoft office and digital marketing tools as a plus
* Experience in the Architecture/build environment industry is a plus
