We are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Manager based in Lisbon to oversee all aspects of our insurance needs. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our organization is adequately covered across all potential risks, including property, liability, employee benefits, and other business-specific insurance requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement an Insurance Strategy: Create a comprehensive, forward-thinking insurance strategy that ensures protection against identified risks and supports business operations across all territories.
  2. Manage and Coordinate Insurance Policies: Ensure uniform, comprehensive insurance coverage across multiple countries, tailored to the unique risks and requirements of each region.
  3. Negotiate Terms with Insurers: Lead negotiations with international insurance providers and brokers to secure the best possible terms, premiums, and coverage for the organization.
