Operational Excellence Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a key member of our hospitality group, you will play a vital role in ensuring performance goals are met across all operations.

In this challenging yet rewarding role as an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement foundational processes and structures necessary for business success. You will also oversee BPO operations, manage relationships with external partners, and drive process improvements by collaborating with internal teams.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive OKR Administrator to ensure the success of our Objectives and Key Results (OKR) process. In this part-time role, you'll help align teams, drive operational excellence, and support the strategic execution of our goals.
