Job Description:
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Travel Agents for Expedia in Lisbon. As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, solving issues during the booking process, giving instructions, taking an active role in finding the right booking, following up during the vacation, and managing good and qualified lead generation. Your responsibilities and impact will include being responsible for the current and expanding the clients' network, and managing excellent customer or client support in many areas.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must hold a valid residency card for Portugal or EU Citizenship. You should have a fluent level of French (a good level of English would be a plus) and be travel addicted. Excellent communication and listening skills are essential, as well as being a team player and willing to work with many other nationalities. You must also be motivated and committed to your work.
