Procurement Specialist

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Purem By Eberspächer. This role will be responsible for managing our external supplier relationships, ensuring seamless deliveries and preventing production shortages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary interface between our suppliers and internal functions, fostering strong communication and collaboration.
• Develop and maintain an extensive database of existing and new suppliers, streamlining our procurement processes.
• Evaluate and assess suppliers based on their performance, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices and conditions with vendors to achieve cost savings and optimize our supply chain.
• Manage and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the global purchasing team, providing support and expertise in sourcing strategies and procurement best practices.
• Contribute to the development of procurement KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements Profile:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of SAP is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English language.

Estimated salary range: €50,000 - €70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
