We are seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join our team at Airbus Group in Lisbon. As a key member of our People Analytics team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering standard reports and dashboards, analyzing data quality, and developing data visualizations to support HR management. Your mission will be to promote HR Analytics self-service by giving training to end users and ensuring security and data protection requirements are met in line with GDPR regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Create, run, and deliver standard reports and dashboards.
- Analyze and ensure high data quality through regular quality checks.
- Develop and create data visualizations like tables, charts, and graphs.
- Support HR management in their reporting activities.
- Promote HR Analytics self-service by giving training to end users.
- Ensure security and data protection requirements are met in line with GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
- Confirmed professional degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Management, or Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in reporting operations.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Structured, self-organized, and collaborative way of working.
- Creativity and aptitude for problem-solving.
- Data analysis capability: rigorously and effectively examine large quantities of data.
- Data analysis techniques: statistics, data wrangling (with Python and associated libraries like Pandas).
- Data visualization skills (Spotfire, Qliksense).
- Understanding of HR KPIs.
- Understanding of GDPR and data security.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Business-level proficiency in English; French would be advantageous.
