Job Description

The Culinary Talent Acquisition role at Conrad Algarve is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Kitchen Intern. As a key member of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in crafting exceptional dishes that delight our guests.

Your primary responsibilities will include preparing all food items according to standard recipes, maintaining the quality of product, and ensuring compliance with Health Department regulations. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining equipment, as well as participating in large projects in the kitchen.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking an Intern currently studying, preferably at Hotel school, who has completed their internship as part of their current education. A minimum period of 3 months' internship is required. Good working knowledge of the kitchen fundamentals is an advantage, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
