About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Packaging Manager to join our team at Nestlé Business Services. As a Global Packaging Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Brand SBU team in managing the end-to-end flow of brand identity, packaging masterfiles, and visual communications for Global Innovation or Renovation projects for one or more assigned Global Brands.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of project management expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive change management. If you have a passion for packaging design and branding, and are looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage brand identity and packaging projects from development to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Global Design Team, SBU, Zone, IBS, IT, and Markets.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including Strategic Design Agencies, Adaptive Agencies, Artwork & Prepress Agencies, to ensure seamless execution of branding initiatives.
  • Provide input on design decisions, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of branding activities, including asset management and version control.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in branding and packaging design.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, including visual identity, tone of voice, and messaging.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
