About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Systems Project Lead to join our team in Lisbon.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage implementation and migration projects for logistics and warehouse management application systems.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and define warehouse and automation solutions.
  • Developing KPIs, operational analytics, and financial management dashboards for logistics and production units.
  • Creating business cases and transformation roadmaps for digitalization projects.
  • Driving change management to ensure seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in project management for logistics systems implementation and migration.
  • Solid knowledge of WMS solutions such as Manhattan (preferred), Generix, EWMS, Infor, Blue Yonder, or JD Edwards.
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies, including Voice Picking, AR, RF systems, and others.
  • Proficiency in developing business cases and defining transformation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze and design systems that integrate across multiple platforms and align with operational requirements.
