As a Global Key Account Manager at Emma – The Sleep Company, you'll be working with a highly ambitious, hard-working team that's passionate about creating a better future for sleepers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retail partners, ensuring long-term collaboration
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication
  • Managing and growing existing wholesale accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
  • Addressing and resolving key clients' concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to align strategies with customer needs
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring profitability and long-term success
