About the Role

The PR and Utility Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall PR strategy to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the company's reputation in the industry.

Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Managing public relations and driving marketing efforts within the utility segment.
  • Creating and managing media relations, establishing and nurturing a network of journalists, influencers, and key industry contacts.
  • Increasing organic brand reach through PR campaigns, press releases, and media engagements.
  • Managing brand reputation, handling any crisis communications or issues that could impact the company's public image.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in public relations and marketing with a strong focus on B2B PR and communications.
  • Experience in utility or energy-related marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation (e.g., writing press releases, speeches, articles, etc.).
