About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences via phone, email, or chat in French, Dutch, and English. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information while handling a high volume of customer requests with quality and professionalism.
