Blu Selection is a medical device company dedicated to making the life of people with diabetes easier.

Job Description

As a Medical Product Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries about the Omnipod-Product, an Insulin Management System.

Your responsibilities will include responding to inbound calls, managing orders, coordinating product shipments, providing support and direction to customers, resolving their issues in a timely and empathetic manner, and encouraging customers' compliance with product utilization.

We are looking for a team player who is customer service oriented, has good communication skills, is proactive, and can work well with multiple nationalities.
