Your primary objective will be to ensure that all content adheres to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with our Trust and Safety team to investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of internet culture and social media platforms. You should be able to think critically and make sound decisions while remaining impartial and unbiased.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and classify content according to client guidelines
- Remove content that violates community standards
- Investigate and resolve complex content issues
- Collaborate with the Trust and Safety team to ensure consistency and accuracy
To excel in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- French or German language proficiency (C1 or above)
- English language proficiency (B2 or above)
- Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
- Excellent comprehension, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
