We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer to join our team at Switch Tech Talent.
This is a remote role based in the EU, with a salary range of €60,000-€75,000.
As a Senior Golang Developer, you will play a key role in building, scaling, and evolving our product.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining key features that align with our strategic product roadmap.
- Defining key engineering and product metrics to ensure impactful solutions.
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to engineers within the team.
- Driving best practices and contributing to the technical decision-making process.
- Ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability of our systems as we grow.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Golang & PostgreSQL (main language for at least the last 2 years).
- Experience with AWS infrastructure (Terraform is a plus).
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in fast-paced environments.
- A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and iterative improvements.
