We're looking for a skilled Java Fullstack Software Developer who can contribute to our mission-critical systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining high-volume, low-latency Java/Backend applications.
- Delivering high availability and performance.
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
- Ensuring designs comply with specifications.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
- 4+ years of experience in software development with a backend focus.
- 1+ years of experience as a full stack developer, creating user interfaces.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Git or Maven.
- 2+ years of experience with database systems, including SQL and/or NoSQL.
- 3+ years of experience developing OOP software and applying OOP patterns.
- Experience working in international teams.
Bonus points for experience in microservice architecture. Proficiency in English (B2 level required) and German language is a plus. We're seeking someone with a hands-on mentality, open to continuous learning, and committed to delivering high-quality software with a collaborative mindset, Design Thinking, and agile development skills.
