**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our consulting team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and project management, with expertise in requirements-gathering, process improvement, and stakeholder management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Document business requirements, use cases, and process diagrams in Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Analyze business processes and project briefs to extract business requirements and review initial BRD drafts with Technical Product Owners (Tech POs) and Solution Architects
  • Prepare requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders
  • Define requirements-gathering strategies and elicit business requirements for prioritized features
  • Stay informed of business backlog priorities alongside Initiative Leads and Project Managers
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather and clarify requirements
  • Participate in backlog grooming sessions
  • Partner with stakeholders, users, and Business Product Owners (Business POs) to validate requirements

**What We're Looking For:**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in management, marketing, or engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in established consulting firms, focusing on technology and requirements-related projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to provide structured solutions to complex challenges
  • Proven project management capabilities, including multitasking, prioritizing, and navigating ambiguity
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and strong Excel skills
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
