  • Lead all finance and administration activities in the country, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Manage the finance team, guiding them towards achieving their objectives.

Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, or similar.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience in finance in a multinational company.
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
  • High knowledge of Portuguese and international standards in tax and status reporting, treasury, financial planning, controlling, and analysis.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with SAP (mandatory).
  • Hands-on and strategic profile.
  • Innovative and proactive profile.
