In 2022, Alter Solutions joined the act digital group, establishing a global community of talent in technology with presence in twelve countries.
We partner with over 120 clients and have a team of over 500 people working on projects across various industries, including banking, insurance, transportation, aviation, energy, and telecom.
Our nearshore IT center has a dedicated team of around 30 specialized professionals integrated into projects with internationally renowned clients.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java/Cobol Tech Lead to join our teams.
The main responsibilities involve developing and leading streams daily and engaging with external product development teams: COBOL and JAVA dev, API, File Transfer, Data Load, Data Dictionary, Performance, Dev quality tool.
Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per year
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience in development, preferably in Java and Cobol
- Strong expertise in integrating applications: API/File Transfert/Scripting data load
- Agile Scrum experience
- CICD pipeline experience
- Strong English communication skills (French is a nice-to-have)
