About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and skilled individual to join our team as a Senior Social Media Moderator. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content posted on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and moderate online content to ensure it meets our client's policies and guidelines;
  • Maintain knowledge of policies and community standards to make informed moderation decisions;
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives;
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving moderation processes;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A native level of written and verbal communication skills in French (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English – B2 level (mandatory);
  • Natural ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Motivation and positive attitude.
