Job Description:

As a Change Management Specialist at adidas, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change initiatives across the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to enable successful and sustainable change by minimizing disruption and maximizing the benefits of the changes for all stakeholders involved.

Key Activities:

  • Creation and execution of change management strategies and plans
  • Supporting GBS driven projects and relevant programs aligned with GBS's strategic goals
  • Coordinating and guiding GBS teams and senior leadership team in smooth implementation of their initiatives

Key Requirements:

  • Broad and deep conceptual and practical knowledge of functional area
  • Broad knowledge and experience in common Change Management theories & practices
  • Previous experience as a trainer would be a plus
