Job Overview
Airbus Portugal SA is seeking a skilled Program Controller to join their team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance and strategic planning for the Widebody Chief Engineering & Development Programme teams.

About You
We are looking for an individual with excellent business acumen, strong analytical skills, and experience in financial planning and controlling. You should have a degree in business or finance and be proficient in SAP/IFRP and EVM management. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing transnational controlling NRC planning and reporting processes across two aircraft programmes, multiple functions, and Value Stream Management (VSM) to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of WB planning processes (AOP, Forecasts) aligned with BDPR objectives and long-term EBIT ambitions.
You will also contribute to the Digital Transformation of FCBL and Finance to simplify, standardise, and automate reporting and processes. Additionally, you will monitor Widebody NRC Outlook vs Actuals, Commitment, Provisions, and Accruals, coordinate investigations of deviations, and support monthly reporting for the Widebody global NRC perimeter (
