Key Responsibilities
Evaluate Content: Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations. Enforce Guidelines: Implement policies consistently, balancing community standards with free expression. Respond to Reports: Address user reports of inappropriate content and take appropriate action swiftly. Document Activities: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and resolutions. Team Collaboration: Work closely with international moderation teams and contribute to developing best practices.
Qualifications
Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and English (B2 or higher). Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is a plus. Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with their policies. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
