Squarespace is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Growth Specialist to join our paid social team. As a key member of the Media & Acquisition Team, you will work hybrid in our New York City office and report directly to the Team Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our paid social media strategy and execution.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals who are passionate about digital marketing and committed to excellence. As a Social Media Growth Specialist at Squarespace, you will be responsible for developing and implementing campaign strategies that drive results and enhance our presence across full-funnel, global campaigns with an emphasis on performance. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, including campaign strategy, creative development, and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement paid social media campaign strategies that drive results and enhance our presence across full-funnel, global campaigns with an emphasis on performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaign strategies that align with our business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign strategies accordingly
- Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to track campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid social media
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful campaign strategies that drive results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
