Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

In this role, you will engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop value propositions that cater to their requirements. You will also identify opportunities to grow our customer base and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English language (native speaker not required).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques.
  • Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
