**Job Summary**

Nestlé Business Services is seeking a talented **Consumer Engagement Services Advisor** to join its team. As a Consumer Engagement Services Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting Nestlé consumers with questions and doubts when using our products and services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global company and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role and are fluent in French and English, we encourage you to apply.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide support to Nestlé consumers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Encoding internal databases with information about consumers' requests

**Requirements**

  • Fluent Spoken and Written Knowledge in French and English
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice to different brands and written channels
  • Advanced Spoken and Written Knowledge in English
  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
