As a Financial Services Manager, you will be part of our busy Transactions Services team, where you will play a key role in processing accounts payable invoices and employee expenses. Your main objective will be to drive automation and process improvements, ensuring transactions are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with our Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Responsibilities:- Process third-party invoices, expenses, and corporate card claims in accordance with agreed SLAs and documented processes.
- Understand and maintain robust controls within a paperless environment.
- Handle and respond to queries raised through a service desk in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
- Provide analysis as required.
- Maintain and enhance documentation of processes.
- Make suggestions for system enhancements.
- Work on process improvements and other ad-hoc projects.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a solid track record of delivering transaction services, such as employee expenses processing. If you have a bachelor's degree in STEM, finance, or economics, and 1+ years of experience in finance, we encourage you to apply.
