Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
In this role, you will lead the entire recruitment process for tech positions in Porto, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stages. You will partner closely with HR, business, and recruiting colleagues to identify, qualify, and attract top talent for adidas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process.
- Leverage relevant advertising resources and candidate marketing strategies to create local, regional, and global awareness to attract qualified applications.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Partner with recruiting and sourcing colleagues to share candidates and jobs, promoting a collaborative hiring process.
- Utilize candidate databases, university connections, competitive research, job fairs, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach to identify prospective candidates.
- Build and maintain pre-qualified and prospective candidate pools within the functional area.
- Advocate for a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years' experience in international/global recruiting, leading local, international, and global recruitment mandates.
- Degree in HR, Business, or related studies.
- Specific expertise/experience recruiting for tech, digital, or global business services is strongly preferred.
- Experienced working in large, international/global matrix companies.
- Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end recruitment mandates and global recruiting initiatives to achieve hiring goals.
