EDP Energias De Portugal S.A. is seeking a skilled MV/LV Network Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Maintenance area – Porto.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Budgeting for operational works (SIT / JUMP / mobility)
  • Analysis and diagnosis of MV / LT faults, HV / MV / LV network manoeuvres, including service restoration
  • Support for the operational management of the electrical network
  • Technical training in live-line work for the electrical network and Working at heights

Requirements:



  • Training at the 12th Year, Technological and Professional Courses in Electrical Installations Technician; Electrical Networks Technician and Electrical Installations, Electricity, Electrotechnics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related areas
  • Professional experience up to 3 years as a technical staff member in operational functions
  • Technical training in live-line work for the electrical network and Working at heights
  • Proficiency in basic computer navigation (Windows) and Office tools (mandatory)
  • Availability to integrate the 2-shift schedule with rotating days off and on call service schedule (mandatory)
  • Driver's license and availability for frequent travel (mandatory)
  • Residence in Portugal (mandatory), preferably near the workplace
