About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Partner Executive to join our team at Red Bull.

Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to work closely with our Distribution Partners to achieve sales growth, drive business initiatives, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Main Responsibilities
  • Set targets for assigned Distribution Partners and regularly monitor their progress, providing coaching and support as needed.
  • Conduct regular trade visits with DP Field teams to unlock distribution and execution opportunities, driving sales growth and improving market share.
  • Analyze market data, identify gaps and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them, including obtaining Sell Out data from Wholesalers.
  • Work effectively with internal sales teams, including DP Managers, On Premise Manager FIELD TEAM, and marketing teams, to secure full alignment of sales goals and execute agreed targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in FMCG business with a focus on distribution, horizontal/vertical growth, and sales teams.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills, with the ability to analyze market data and develop effective strategies.
  • Clear understanding of markets, sales, and distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG.
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present category and Red Bull Potential to DPs and customers.
