We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Reviewer to join our team in Lisbon.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing videos, images, text, and audio content in accordance with client policies and escalating any violations using internal tools.
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Trust & Safety actions, such as abuse reports and enforcement appeals.
- E nsuring user and brand safety on our online platform.
Please note that you may be exposed to some sensitive content during your work.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A fluent level of Hebrew and a good level of English.
- Experience working with diverse cultures and nationalities.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A strong ability to work accurately and maintain high quality standards.
In return, we offer:
- A long-term fixed-term contract renewable every year with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
- Full-time employment (40h/week) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday 08:00-17:00.
- A competitive salary of 1751€ gross per month.
- The opportunity to have accommodation paid directly from your salary when it reaches 1465.51€ monthly.
- A possible performance bonus.
- A signing bonus of 1500€ plus a loyalty bonus of 1500€ (paid after 6 months of contract).
- Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 3 months.
- Help with paperwork, opening a bank account, and other administrative tasks upon your arrival.
- Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events organized by the company.
